This is how your Employee App will be created

The app creation process will be initiated together with our customer support through a kick-off mail and a discussion about your use cases, as well as the timetable for the upcoming steps. You will also receive access to our training courses, webinars and documents which will help you prepare for the use of our content management system.

Based on the information from our kick-off call we will create your content management system, as well as the web app. From this point on you will be able to work autonomously in our system.

Our content management system enables you to easily integrate new content or modify existing one. In this phase you will integrate and finalize all necessary content to launch your app. Our customer support will also assist you, if you book our content and consulting service.

We will handle the submission process of publishing your employee app in the stores of Apple and Google. The application will be submitted via your developer accounts and can then be found inside the stores with your individual app icon, description text and screenshots.

As soon as the app content is ready you can inform your users and ask them to download your employee app. The invitation can for example be sent via e-mail, letter or posted on a black board for non-desk workers.

An employee app is part of a continuous development process. Accordingly, your content is also subject of constant changes. For example, the integration of new employees and changes due to new information. Via the content management system, you will be able to work live and at any time on your app regardless of where you are.
